Your Facebook account hacked? Here’s how to fix it

Facebook virus’ and account hacking are very common now. So do you think you account is hacked or virus infected? Do the following steps

1. Change your Facebook password

   (Go to account settings and change the password: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=account)
   

   Use some complex password (minimum 8letters, include small and capital cases, digits and special characters. Do not use your name or date of birth etc.)

2. Remove unwanted applications.

   Applications can access your data based on the permissions you have given. Best way is to use only trusted wanted applications. You can remove apps or revoke permissions from the app settings tab(https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications)
   

3. Install a good antivirus, update it and scan your computer
