  thanks!….but how to enable access to firewall settings? it’s also disabled…it says due to unidentified problem can’t access..pls help

  Hi Arun,

  I m not able to enable the option show hidden files or folders, everytime the radio button do not show hiddeb files or folders is selected automatically. I have by somehow deleted the heap41a folder, but was not clear what to do in the registry.

  It works in most of the cases but it also depenz on what type of worm affected in your system.
